We ordered 3 bird feeders. One did not have the 4 feeder pegs. We called and they sent 4 pegs which did not fit. The shipper then sent us a new feeder. They had great customer service.

I have many hummingbird feeders, and this one is by far my favorite. It is very easy to clean, and with the 32 oz. resevoir, it needs to be filled much less than my others. Very Happy with this product and if somone owned just one feeder, I would recommend this one.

Have purchased this feeder in the past - needed a replacement - original source no longer carried it. Found it again through Amazon.com - The birds find it easily and it is easy to clean. Would recommend to others that are hummingbird fans.
