Artline Metal Double Snack Bar Bird Feeder

I like the design of this product and I didn't have any trouble with seed coming out to the tray. I use a wild bird mix. The only problem I had was the squirrels could knock the plastic seed holder out from the tray and make all the seed spill from the bottom. It would have been a better design to have a locking mechanism for the seed holder so it would not do this.

This ArtLine brand Copper Double Snack Bar bird feeder with the mesh hoppers does not feed seed very well into the trays. I tried two different seed types and neither worked well. I have to shake the feed down at least twice a day. I tried to contact ArtLine, Inc. in Melrose, Il first by phone and then by email. No real person answers the phone. I left a number of voice messages and got no reply. I then tried to get to them by email. I did get a reply from the VP of sales stating that I could modify the feeder to get it to drop the seed better. There was no instruction how to modify the feeder. Other email I sent requesting instructions for modification to their product have not been answered.
