Aspects 396 Quick-Clean Seed Tube Feeder, Large - Antique Brass

I read some previous reviews about this feeder so it was with mixed feelings that I went ahead and ordered it. I had been searching for this exact feeder locally and could not find it. I am glad I ordered it as it was exactly what I wanted. It is made of substantial material and it is not flimsy at all. It is easy to refill. I have not cleaned it yet and will update when I do. The little finches do love this feeder. As stated in another review, the larger birds have a hard time with it but I have other feeders out for them.

This is the sixth seed tube feeder that I have purchased and the first one that is actually a quality feeder. It is the first one that I have been able to find that is made in the USA. It would be a really nice service if Amazon would provide manufacturing data in order to help us make better purchasing decisions. This feeder is completely assembled except for sliding some small tubes onto the perches for the birds to have a better gripping capability. The feeder is attractive to the max. It is the epitome of simplicity to fill and to clean. Never has the old saw, "you get what you pay for", been more appropriate then in reference to this feeder. I have seven other feeders (not all tube) hanging from one of my poles and this one is far and away the star. If you are in the market for a tube feeder you would be in for a major treat with the purchase of this one. Absolutely top drawer.

I've gone through about 4 feeders over the past 10 years and none matched my favorite original feeder in design, volume, and ease of use until this feeder. It is constructed very well with a top that is easy to remove and fits snugly when in place; the removable base is a great feature that will make cleaning a breeze; and the capacity provides enough seed for both the morning and afternoon visits by my birdie community. I am so happy to have found this feeder and at a very good price!
