I have had dozens of gold finches coming to my feeders for many years and until I discovered this feeder, the only way I could clean them was, with screw driver in hand, dismantel them completely scrub them, dry them, reassemble them. This was very time consuming and problematic. The Quick-Clean feeders base comes apart with the press of 2 buttons and all it takes is a tube feeder cleaning brush and 2 minutes of my time to clean and get them back to the finches.

What a great invention!!!
