The crimp that is used to create the loop for hanging pulled free. Pretty, but the hanger is not strong enough for the feeder when it has seeds in it.

I got this in aqua to give to my in-laws for their new home. We were disappointed -- it is not nearly as brilliant or multi-colored as in the photograph. It is a nice aqua but not as bright and shiny as in photo, also no yellow or pink hues. In addition it is light weight (cheaper feeling), not as solid looking as in the photograph. We are still giving it as a gift as planned because returning it would be a hassle, but are not thrilled with it.

The first feeder I received was damaged, so I had to return it -- which was a very satisfactory process. It's too bad I didn't take a good look at the feeder before returning it, as when I received the replacement and put it out for the birds I realized the slots are too small for any seed but the smallest to filter through. I have to go out daily and "stir up" the seed and push it through the slots. The birds also seem to have difficulty perching on it. So, while it looks good, it's not very good.
