This is an update on my previous review. We were originally sent the wrong feeders (they were for sunflower rather than nyjer seed). The woman I dealt with was very courteous and prompt in her reply. The correct feeders were shipped out right away and a return label for the original order was sent so the return cost us nothing. Our only problem now is keeping the feeder filled since it is covered with goldfinches for much of the day. Thanks very much to Nature's Room for making this right.
