The construction and finish are top rate, with nicely rounded corners on the frame. I mounted it on a pole a bit below my feeder so that seeds falling from the feeder would not get on the ground and attract rodents. Mourning Doves started using it right away. No Juncos yet but there is still lots of seed on the ground so they don't need to use it yet.

The center hole is 1.5 inches in diameter. I had to make an adapter to fit it on my 1 inch pole. It would be nice if they included this--I don't see any for sale anywhere.
