Perches need to be glued down.,

Just put the feeder up, and the finches, cardinals, and tufted titmice are getting interested, BUT The first cardinal flapped and fluttered and finally gave up. I looked closely, and the perches are plastic tubes over the end of a machine screw used to hold the perch assembly. This is fine in itself, but the tube spins on the screw - thus the cardinal acrobatics. He was trying to remain upright. It was quickly remedied with a few drops of superglue on the threads, but this could have been done at the factory, and saved me the time and the really upset bird.

This is great bird feeder. The EasyFlow feature lets all 3 chambers empty at thier own rate keeping more feeding stations open then an ordinary feeder where the top feeding stations become unusable as the seeds are consumed. And with the tray on the bottom that catches dropped seed even more birds can feed at one time. The birds love it and so do I.

Excellent feeder, the birds love it. I especially like the metal feeder inserts they are an upgrade from the plastic in the older model.
