Received this for Christmas - within a day of putting it out with food, we've had cardinals, chickadees, titmice and even a downy woodpecker in it! Today we had the windows open and music, people talking, etc; the birds still came! (My second favorite Christmas gift :)

The idea of a 1 way window feeder is genious. However, there isn't really a one way mirror, it's more like a dark adhesive that makes it hard to see the birds.

It's bigger than it looks and holds a lot of seed, it's just overpriced for what it is and how it works.

This bird feeder allows the viewer to observe feeding birds close-up without being detected, or frightening them away. Construction is good, and design is too, although price including shipping and handling is relatively high for the size of this feeder. All in all it is a fairly good value.
