I am an avid bird watcher and amateur photographer and I got this feeder in January 2010. Recently I was able to get a photo of this feeder filled with 24 Goldfinches, with a 25th one trying to find a spot to perch. Since I had so many other Goldfinches in my yard at the time, I started to wonder what it would be like to hang a second feeder alongside the first, and get a photo with all 48 perches filled. I have had this feeder for a couple years now and the finches seem to love it. I have had up to 23 on it at once and it was really a neat sight. I can't wait for the finches to turn gold so they really will light up my backyard!
