We bought this solar feeder less than 3 months ago. It's very nice looking; I liked the finish and the solar lights that come on at night. The birds seem to like it okay, although it's the least visited of our 4 feeders. You really have to watch the level of food if it gets to low the sparrows will get their head stuck in the holes. The lights are really not that bright either but all in all it was an ok substitution for what I really wanted

THIS IS A NICE LOOKING PIECE THAT WILL LOOK GOOD FOR A SHORT WHILE. THE COPPER FINISH IS PROBABLY PAINTED ON. AFTER A YEAR IN THE ELEMENTS THE SOLAR STILL WORKS BUT THE FINISH IS GONE AND THE FEEDER LOOKS VERY ANTIQUE.
