i ordered 3 of these, i put them where i can see them out my window, into the trees and bushes. i hope they serve the purpose of roosting overnight in cold weather, i would like to think that they do.

These nests are adorable. I ordered three different ones last spring. I had a wren nest in one, but the other two remained empty. Its all in where you place them. I ended up placing the empty ones on my lattice at the end of the summer for a cute look to my garden. After being out in the Midwest weather for 6+ months, they have held up very well.

I think these would be a great gifts too!
