Product Review

The 36-inch Extended Reach Pole and Wall Bracket allows you to hang your favorite bird feeder just about anywhere. Extended arm hangs feeder away from wall helping to keep it clean. Re-position the pole based on the day, weather or lighting for the best bird watching.

Purchased this to try and keep raccoons out of our birdfeeder. So far, they can't figure out how to get out on the pole. I am thrilled! We already had a squirrel proof feeder--but of course the raccoons figured out how to dump the seed out! Very sturdy. I would recommend the one you screw in not the clamp.

I bought 2 of these as a replacement for a free-standing pole that was in the way in the middle of the yard. I attached one to the corner post of a 6-foot wooden privacy fence and one to a tree. The were easy to mount with an electric drill, easy to adjust to the desired position and are very secure. This is an excellent choice to hang feeders in out-of-the-way areas (such as patios or apartment balconies) or when yard space is at a premium.

Bonus: The squirrels can't figure out how to get to the feeders; they're too far to jump to, and they can't figure out how to get down from the hook end of the pole to the food without falling (tho' it is amusing to watch them try!).

Wanted a good swing arm to go off of our deck. Very pleased with them....so pleased that I have just purchased two more! sturdy and easy to use. We did need to add a piece of wood to the deck post to screw the arm into because our posts are a little inset but it was not difficult to install.
