This is an example of a beautiful, expensive product designed, built and sold by PEOPLE WHO OBVIOUSLY NEVER TRIED USING IT. This was given to us as a gift, and I have tried everything to get sunflower seeds to pass through it. The funnel-like bottom of the reservoir always clogs. Beautiful, but useless. No wonder they took it off the market.
