This is a very good feeder. By that, I mean a great one. We have enjoyed every minute of its use. Birds just come to it and gorge. We have to buy seed by the 50 lb bag, and suet blocks by the case. But it is worth it. I love the big birds that come to the suet. Blue jays, morning doves, piliated woodpeckers. Right now, there is 12 inches of snow, and the birds keep us happy. I open the door to look at the weather, and a flock of sparrows always flutters away. My partner gets to watch them out of her window all day long. I'm jealous, I have to watch Skyrim, which is pretty good, also.
