Heath Outdoor Products DD-15G Garfield Berry Blast Suet Cake, Case of 12

I placed this berry blast suet out today for the first time. Within a half hour, a new species of birds showed up. They were arguing, birdie style, over the suet. I was amazed! The sparrows took advantage of the arguing black birds (not crows) and began to peck at the suet. The bluejays were also pecking at the suet while the black birds argued over it. LOL! Finally, the black birds compromised and ate the blueberry suet together. It was quite entertaining to watch. This suet is quite aromatic. It smells absolutely delicious! I won't use suet in the summer because of the heat. This type of food is great for the birds during the winter. My suet also lasts longer than the seeds. I'm in NY so I expect snow. When that happens, the suet will be a wholesome diet for the birds. But most of all, the birds LOVE it!

These suet cakes are a great bargain. The birds just love them and we've decided to feed all winter now that it's so economical.

I purchased these two months ago but my suet feeder broke and left them in the garage. They were 9.99 for the case of 12 - it was a great price!

I just hung a new feeder and finally opened one of the packages (which was easy - thank you!) and was surprised at how good they looked - loaded with nuts/seeds and berries. They really looked great - so good I had to review it!
