I've seen lots of so-so reviews (for other colors from different sellers here on Amazon) and I wanted to throw in my two cents. I almost wrote a review for this last year when I bought it, saying the same thing everyone else was saying. The birds really didn't like it! They'd sit on it, then fly off to one of my other feeders and drink. It drove me nuts! I'd swap it with an old feeder and they were happy. Very, very frustrating because it's not a cheap feeder.
However! I gave it several months and they are perfectly happy with it now. They visit it just as frequently as they do any other feeder around my house. I get Anna's hummingbirds 365 days of the year, so I was very worried the metal perches would get too cold for them to sit on, but it doesn't seem to bother them at all.
