Recycled Pileated Suet Bird Feeder

I've owned single cake feeders for years, and have to 're-load' them pretty frequently. They are visited by Red-headed woodpeckers, downy, red bellied, nuthatches, chickadees and a few others. The same species visit this Bird's Choice Double feeder, and I don't have to refill it as often. The larger red-headed also appreciates the longer tail-prop on this feeder. It works well, and should last for years to come. I just need one more for the other side!

Very durable manufactured lumber. Wire mesh is quite heavy. Squirrels can still get the suet out by nibbling through the wire grid but haven't chewed through the metal (yet).
