I would not have purchased this had I seen in the photos or read in the description that this was anything other than wood. It rains a lot here and these metal legs will rust. This one is elegant to look at, sturdy, and a real magnet for birds. I love watching them out my study window as they hop from tree branch to feeder, pick up a morsel, and fly off. My cylindrical bird feeder is good, but it requires maintenance. If I don't clean it regularly, the seeds get nasty in Florida's warm, humid climate. This Audubon feeder is a snap. |
